Good game. I wish certain things were different and that would probably make it even better, but overall, a decent game that I would say is worth it. I wish you could field scrap armor as well, not just guns, although you could make a point that it would make the game too easy, but I am sure, you can balance it and add some cool new craftable items with the extra scrap. Maybe make it so that certain items cost more scrap.

Also the AI is kind of weird from time to time, considering enemies as civilians, forcing your companions leave your squad thinking you are attacking innocent people, when you just fought the same people. That fix will help making the game much more consistent - otherwise you will have to think of annoying and cheesy (in a bad way) ways to make certain fights possible.

Making sure that you can see all the debuffs and buffs easily during the fight is also something I think pretty crucial to make the game better - for instance you can hover over them in order to see what does what, because I literally had to google what each debuff and buff means in the beginning.

Story is pretty cool, although if you are playing in order to be a "good guy" and a an actual Ranger, it is a pretty easy choice to make. You will probably never choose Angela Deth, as she literally makes no sense in most cases and is quite unreasonable. And you later see that in the ending if you side with The Patriarch. I just wish in this case the choice was harder.

I will have to think about replaying it, because I just dislike the Angela Deth character a lot. And I don't think the other endings are worth it, as they do seem a bit boring.

I would give this game a solid 6/10. Maybe a 7 if other endings were cooler.
