but I am almost certain steam can't download anything lmao

It sent me to a twitch-like site where I downloaded adobe without thinking.
I quickly realized and tried using spybot. I am now using Malwarebytes.

I clicked it but I didn't actually open the page and I used steam browser I so I have noidea, if im safe. I already scanned 5 times system scans and checked for suspicous programs via task manager processes and details but nothing
