You can't remap your keys and the game suffers from random crashes. Those are two of the several problems with this game. After a 1.5 year delay from original release, we are given this. It is very disappointing since many of us know Tetris has a high potential of being a successful competitive game.

I appreciate the response, but I have already refunded the game. Not being able to remap my keys is enough to be a dealbreaker for me.

Hello johnnyc, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues playing Tetris Ultimate. Can you please clear your computer's temporary files and also verify the integrity of the game cache in Steam?
