I will not accept if you have:

Profiles with VAC/Trade/Game bans on record
Private profiles (You have nothing to hide, huh?)
Rude or disrespectful people (that kind of behavior will get a silent treatment)

Various beggars, phishers and scammers, be gone with the wind.
No mutual friends and you're low level.
