I played it on PS last year, thinking playing it again on Steam because the DLC hahaha

The game is good, its early access so theres a bug here and there, frustating but not game breaking.

my brother in Christ it's not like we hate co-op. souls games has has been this way since demon's souls, co-op and invasion co-exists since 2009. you either have to adapt or quit the game. if you complain about getting one shot level vigor to 50 or 60. if you complained about invader running away then ignore them and focus on progressing as fast as you can. if you complain about a single invader outplaying you and your friends that's a skill issue and you need to git gud.

3. the Devs is the one to blame for OP Builds and Exploits. if somebody saw a viral video on op builds for pve and pvp they would certainly use it to their advantage like anybody else in the game. Meta is unavoidable with a game that offers Powerful Items for anyone to just mindlessly kill pves and pvp without having to think about strategy nor spacing.

2. Invading used to be super active back in DS3 days, ELDEN RING Multiplayer is just not as good as DS3's Multiplayer. thus why nobody PvP nor invades anymore. with invasion pool being non-existent thx to seamless co-op now barely anyone invadeing on PC version of ER Anymore. most well known PvPer like Jeenine and many others either have move to PS4/PS5 of ELDEN RING to play PvP or quit entirely and disappear from PvP Scene.

1. ofc these co-op mods just gonna kill the game's Online activity. the casuls won't be back to co-op not even try to play duels or fight club afterward. look at ELDEN RING's Multiplayer activity people are complaining that there's nobody summoning them for co-op, there's nobody to invade and there's nobody summoned as hunter to help get rid of a red spirit.

anyone who looks up to see if any dark souls has coop mods the first thing theyll see is you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on it bc it will "ruin invading" which makes ZERO sense bc invading is only good for the first month of release and then everyone uses the same 3 builds the youtubers post

p.s. yeah, i regret the Carian video in hindsight given how much people abuse it in PvP (albeit v. unlikely from my video), for me it was always just a way to cheese bosses xD

mostly Cold Broadsword (there is probably a better weapon but habits die hard from ds3) with a bow with fire arrows just to remove frost. but alternated sometimes.

Also i checked out your videos and you looked familiar and realized i had already seen your carian retaliation video which was on my recommended so GG
