A wonderful satire, r'lyeh great writing, offset slightly by JRPG combat that plagues so many games of the period this game is fond of satirizing. Still, a thoroughly enjoyable experience even for someone like me that hates this sort of combat style -- it was worth it (I think this is the only Turn-based JRPG combat game I've stuck with till the end since Pokemon Red).

A love letter to the Cthulhu mythos and on the levels of the Stanley Parable in its ability to poke fun at the narrator-protagonist relationship and contract. A worthwhile journey, for a low price, that doesn't overstay its welcome due to dozens of hours of grinding or doing horribly mundane things.

As a bonus you'll get to learn the names of a few Cthulhu mythos characters!

Fantastic from start to finish!
It feels akin to Thirty Flights of Loving in both art and narrative style, however, it's done with humour, sillyness, and an endless string of enjoyable references throughout.
This is a wonderful parody of what seems to be a James Bond style adventure but with dozens of hidden extras and great dialogue interactions. Short and clever, certainly worth a few hours to explore.

A Triumph. Any words used to describe it would only end up cheapening the depth and majesty of this experience.
