The most relaxing game I've ever played. The music is enchanting, the characters are well written, and the freedom to choose however you want to play greatly enhances the overall experience. The semi-linear questlines and contained size of the world serve only to provide you the best experience possible. Unlike other games where most the gameplay is moving between maps (looking at you, Ubisoft), Stardew Valley never has you travel far for the next big moment.
