Not sure if I am ready to write a review yet, may have to play it some more (as you can tell, by my hours played).

Sorry but I'm gonna have to start with a negative. I would not recommend this game to be played on a desktop or mac, but would on consoles. The controls are a little more difficult than those on consoles. The experience is also much better on a console. There are a lot of compatibility issues with computers as a result of it being a relatively old game. There's a lot of agro invloved when setting this up on the desktop and mac. Plus I think (this may not be the case) that the graphics on the desktop and mac version isn't as good as what you would get from a console. I've played very little of this game on the desktop and mac, as a result of the fact it just won't work for me anymore, but what I have played and experienced wasn't that good. The online features are also going out the window from what I can gather, and online features is arguably the core of this game for some. As already stated, I just can't play this for reasons un-be-known (if that is a word) to me. When a mission begins- this is any mission and any mode, whether it be single player or multiplayer- the game just closes or crashes (either of the two) and I am returned to the desktop. Though, however, despite the fact I have pretty much slagged this game off whole I still recommend this to be played on a console such as the PS2. I really enjoyed the experience I had on the PS2. At the time it was one of my favourites. This is acctually a good game, it's just a shame it isn't as good on the desktop or mac. Oh, and if you are wondering why I would even bother playing this on the computer if I already had it on the PS2 it is because I bought the whole Star Wars Collection Bundle in a sale so I thought I'll give it a try. Plus my PS2 isn't in good shape anyway. Well, sorry to drift from what I think of the game to my life story. I recommend this game. It is a classic.
