Love this game, it's 25th anniversary to new and old atelier characters. Old players will be excited to see old alchemists coming back!

For criticizers, C'mon ,it is a free game with so many wonderful Atelier characters! Of course it is not a typical Atelier game, but it's so beautiful seeing all the dusk and arland and mysterious alchemists in full HD action!

As for in-game purchase , I have played continuously, reached rank 4 ,not paying a penny yet, and got 10 playable characters! the game just throws stars, money and energy to you, I just have more energy than needed (action points?) ... which supposedly needed to wait for a new day or buy at coffee shop

The only wiered thing is story character and combat character are somehow in conflict..
With luck I have Rolona in the party very ear;y but at the same time she is waiting for me in the coffee shop .. haha , but I don't really mind ...

A fantastic game that reminds me of good old "dragon quest" and "final fantasy" , retro visual but open-world and multiple solution make it very interesting to consider what to do next, who to pick up next...

A JRPG masterpiece indeed, especially for those who like lovely girls. There is more than that, what does memories of fear, love, regret , hope, bring to their lives?

Compare to Blue reflection I , second light has much more variety in the maze, chars, crafting system , battle options..

Sophie feels like another Arland series without time limit , it is cute , cheer , relaxing, but with many improvements! day and night , weekday/weekend difference in towns , and many others

though personally I prefer Dusk series "save the world" atmosphere.
