-All PVP multiplayer game modes have no matchmaking system so you can get matched agains players with over 1000+ games played even if you just bought the game.

-Ranked has no matchmaking ether

-Story and gameplay still super good

To start of i like/love the game but their is a huge problems if you're asking me.

I got the game today, did the whole story in 1 sitting and then moved on to multiplayer. FIRST match up i can accept or decline is vs a 500 win and 300 lose guy. first thing i thought was well okey this game dosen't have matchmaking at all. That same thing happend 5 times in a row where i only got more skilled players or players who have played alot more in general.

I then got the lowest of them all with only 50 wins and 100 defeats and i go agains him. He woops my as.s as scorpion. i later tried to find more matches but only got more 100+ games opponents so i just went with it. I got my ass wooped TO MANY TIMES and also got flawed to many times. Worst thing was it was like 40% scorpions i then like 20% garas'es that i faced.

Just by the matchmaking system im turned off my. i want to experience multiplayer and have fun. i don't want to constantly tryhard just to get in 1 victory.... And to add to this matchaming system it took me about 3 hours to get my first victory and that was agains a level 9 player... I want to recomend Mortal kombat 11 but it's so hard to do when you know if you get you're friends into this game they will probobly have the same experience as you and it dosn't feel great if you ask me.

This game has alot going for it and i don't want it to go down the same road as mk X did with the player base dying after like 1 month and then mostly tryhards.


As of 2020-06-23 Mortal kombat 11 is yet to add some sort of matchmaking or MMR to the multiplayer aspect.

So i jumpt in to the game for an hour just to see how the game was and not suprising at all the matchmaking is still bad. Even in the casual mode there are people with over 1000ths of wins matchmaking vs newer players or in my instance. i played 6 games today, 4 in casual and 2 i ranked and 2 out of those casual matches i was VS totaly new players and i won by a huge margian because again they are totaly new to the game so why would t hey be match agains players who have played alot more??

in ranked it's almost the same situation and in my case i was agains 2 players with over 700+ wins and 500+ defeats... this made me a bit mad because they have had alot more time on their hands to perfect their combos and to be matched agains that kind of perfection when your just starting RANKED is awful... like even in the RANKED game mode there isn't even realy a matchmaking system so matchmake you with people in your skill level or with similure wins/defeats. and i can't find anything about a hidden MMR system to matchmake you with people around your MMR ether.....

a bit disapointing if you ask me.
But the game itself is still super good but i can't recommend it if your not planing on playing the game none stop or perfecting your combos.

1520 hours in........ regreat nothing!
