Rocket league is one of the only competitive games I've played that gives me the freedom of picking it up and putting it down whenever I want. Since the games 5 minutes long (8-10 with goals), it allows you to play for 10 minutes if that's all the time you have.

This is a very fun game to sink time into! It has an easy learning curve, but the later levels challenge you to be as efficient as humanly possible. Haven't played though solo (I would highly recommend coop if you can find someone).
