An excellent piece of world building. Pretty much every action you take; through the level design to the beautiful narration, paints a picture of the fantasy civilisations whose ruins you traverse.

Maybe it's not as stunning as the soundtrack, or as relaxing as simply letting Logan Cunningham's glorious voice wash over you; but personally the presentation of the setting and the feeling of immersion is what allows this game to leave such a lasting impression on me.
