Do not sleep on this game.

Yeah, it's short. Yeah, the graphics aren't going to win any awards. Yeah, there isn't even really a battle system. And, yeah, I rage quit at least four times, vowed to never play again, and proceeded to find myself back in Lucanor a few hours later. When all was said and done, I had 100% completed the game and talked it up on Discord.

The story isn't amazing, but it's cute enough. The game play is sincerely unique, however, and just aggravating enough without being totally impossible. The game mechanics, and more specifically the triggering of future events, make every room you enter interesting and actually require you to think things through. Take an afternoon and play this one through, very few who have end up disappointed!

This is the first game that I've ever purchased based solely on receiving a coupon after crafting a badge - it will absolutely not be the last. Check your inventory now, you may be sitting on a gold mine, Trebek!
