Very chill game to relax to on lower difficulties.

Toughest difficulty isn't much fun tbh.

The game itself is good.

Sadly it's an EA game with all the user-hostile stuff that entails, like making an account on a separate system and remembering the log in details.

Very good roguelike cardgame.

The best roguelike I've played.

EDIT: There's a great 60 hour game with another 120 hours of padding. Too many dungeons, too much enemy and boss reuse. Was great up to the capital, then I just stopped enjoying myself... This may be because I'm a completionist and kept wanting to find all the dungeons.
165 bosses?! That's just way too much. 40 would be a good number.
The open world combines quite badly with the scaling, in that you can be overleveled for a good chunk of the game pretty easily and then you get to the end game and get repeatedly 2-shot.


Great game! Huge world full of fascinating and imaginative encounters! Far better than previous souls games imo!
If you find a boss too hard or enemies too tough, just head somewhere else! 10 hours in I've explored a lot of areas but have defeated only 1 minor boss and still have a +2 sword!

Once I followed the standard instructions for reducing stutters my 6 year old laptop had very occasional (once every couple of hours or so) stutters which did nothing to affect my overall enjoyment!

Buy it! It lives up to the hype!

Also, I should probably have a single sentence in this review that doesn't end in an exclamation mark, so here it is.

First played this 15 years ago, it's come a long way and is a good game, just DON'T pick story mode, this is a roguelike, combat orientated game and needs to be played as such.

Fun with a friend!

Quite good, though the ability balance is iffy and makes most of the bosses and enemies a joke if you have the right shards.

This game is pretty short, around 2 hours long (around an hour per playthrough and it took me two attempts to win). It's an ok minimalistic RTS.

It's a light story game. It's not bad, though the puzzles are very easy, it's just rather overpriced for under 5 hours of gameplay.

I'd recommend it for kids if it were £5.
