I am a friend of this franchise, but it still need a lot of work to put in. NPCs seemed to me even less responding than in Postal2, sometimes you have no buildings - even holes - where a building should be. Nevertheless its a game where you can have fun with all the oportunities of "bringing people there where no sun shines".
