Do NOT play if you value your time and money!

Ubisoft will temp ban you from playing for 15 minutes if you crash, or quit a bad match and that's on unranked/casual mode. It's not worth it to play a bad and buggy mess full of cheaters, inconsistent gameplay, FOMO sales tactics, and Flavor of the Month balancing + power creep.

Hey there and I'm sorry that you've had this experience when playing For Honor. While I cannot address everything that you have mentioned I would like to suggest some troubleshooting that may clear up any crashes or bugs that you've seen. Please complete all of the steps below:

- Ensure the game is installed on the same drive as both Steam and Ubisoft Connect
- Clear the cache in Steam
- Clear the cache in Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]
- Complete our guide here[www.ubisoft.com]
- Run Microsoft's System File Checker tool[support.microsoft.com] to repair any missing or corrupted files
- Reinstall the supporting software[www.ubisoft.com] for the game

Then, if you are still seeing some technical difficulties with the game I would encourage you to create a support case[www.ubisoft.com] with us and attach[www.ubisoft.com] your MSinfo[www.ubisoft.com] and DxDiag[www.ubisoft.com] files. From there one of our agents can further assist.
