Fun new map with a couple events you can complete for extra chests, love most of the new weapons, I think the purple on is one of my new favorites to play as. Also, the new little friend items follow you around, absolutely fantastic touch.

Its been 15 years since the GOTY version. If it goes one sale, it's 10%, and you'll pay the $5 happily because it's one of the greatest games of all time. While the spinoffs from even 2 years back are at 90% in a desparate attempt for cash, the original PvZ stands strong. Don't know why they never made a sequel though, FPS was such a weird hard turn :)

Fun little romp with a surprising variety in its objectives, and an New Game+ with new ones if you're looking for more. It's up to you whether $15 is worth a few pleasant (but not mind blowing) hours of simple fun, but I snagged on a sale for half that and felt it worth the price.

Farming sim + vampire survivors esque bullet heaven. A brilliant combination that leaves you with multiple choices for gathering XP/gold, letting runs and upgrade trees differentiate themselves a lot more. The different characters actually play really differently, messing with the your/enemy stats to a pretty large degree. I actually like the number of weapons: small enough I can remember the options, large enough there's no guarantee on what I'll get. Same with the general upgrade pickups, I can mostly remember what ones exist but you can't guarantee when you'll finally find it, leading to some fun runs! I've unlocked all but 1 character at this point and still need to play half of them, but the fact that I'm confident I WILL leads to this being a recommend for me! Fun for short bursts or a couple hours, and I just keep coming back for more!

A fitting and shocking end to a wonderful series. Had an amazing time, can't recommend this game and series enough.

An absolutely amazing survival crafter until the end of the tech tree. Watching the world bloom was extremely satisfying, and I always felt like I was progressing even when messing around. has a baaaaad issue with the last bit. I've spent the past 6 hours with everything unlocked, everything built, all materials needed for ending platform...I'm at 3.81/5 TFI needed to get that ending platform. just building tons of repeats and sending 50 rockets and counting into space en masse to make it move a little quicker. But until that end part it was super fun, and frankly I'd be happy ending it here if I wasn't so close to 100% acheivements.

Moves like a dream, left me grinning the whole time. With the 8 main levels (and 3 in a tiny second adventure) it'll take about 1-2 hours, but for such a tiny price tag it's definitely worth!

Fun and adorable diner/farming sim of running a bakery. Fun in small bursts or a few hours, I'd wait for a sale but you'll enjoy your time with it!

For those new to surrealist puzzlers, this is a FANTASTIC starting point. The difficulty was tuned down from last game, though keeping it's amazing visuals. You don't need to play the first game, all you'll miss is the main character waving to her old friend at one point and a bit of unneeded context on who the mother is. Though I would HIGHLY recommend playing it afterward if you enjoyed it, as it's basically this with a bit trickier puzzles and a stronger story. took me 3 hours instead of the 2 this did.

For those who love puzzle games, and/or played the first, this one is more of a...spectacle? visual experience? Like an interactive picture book. A different direct take on the term "visual novel", in which there's like a paragraph or two of text in the whole thing and it's mostly shown through visuals. Not as tricky or long or emotionally resonant as the last game. Still enjoyable, just come in realizing this one's more about the surreal imagery than the puzzles.

Peaceful and fun little cat game. It'll take you around 5 hours, 6 if you achievement hunt (I left the game running a bit on the title screen by accident). Also more animals than just cats, though I still had pudgems on my head most of the time. I wound up muting the music and listening to my own, but great for a chill afternoon or two to unwind.
