Game is really enjoyable so far, landscapes are beautiful and while it takes a fair while to wrap your head around the systems, it's overall a rewarding experience.

Saying that, I would wait for a few more patches as the game currently feels a bit too early access for most peoples tastes. Localization needs work and some features aren't fully fleshed out yet.


Edit:
After an additional eight hours, I'd like to offer some tips for new players.

- Turn on the social feature, it allows you to avenge your fellow fallen chiefs (other players) and gives you access to a social marketplace where you can trade goods with other players along with complete social quests.

- Grocery's upgrade your warriors, the tool tips don't make this clear and I found out via the discord. Leave them within a camp and your warriors should gradually level up.

- Ask questions in the games in game chat, people are quite helpful.

- Your name has an actual impact on your in-game stats, choose wisely.

-Cleaning Reputation completely wipes your Karma

-It is helpful to settle away from roads to avoid patrols / farmers / settlers coming and wiping your village if you have no warriors there.
