Trauben-Creme-Dessert

Zutaten für 4 Portionen
200 g Guetzli z.B. Butter-Guetzli
250 g Mascarpone
250 g Quark
250 g Schlagrahm
1 Pk Vanilinzucker
1 kg Weintrauben, grün und rot
120 g Zucker


Die Trauben abspülen und von den Stielen lösen. Den Schlagrahm mit dem Zucker und dem Vanillezucker mithilfe des Mixers steif schlagen. Die Mascarpone gründlich unter den Quark mischen. Anschliessend beide Cremes gut miteinander verrühren.

Die Guetzli mit den Händen zerbröseln oder in einen Plastikbeutel legen und mit einem schweren Gegenstand zerkleinern.

Die Dessertgläser zuerst mit den Trauben schichten, dann mit der Creme und als Abschluss mit den Guetzlibrösel. Den Vorgang wiederholen bis die Gläser gefüllt sind.

Nach Belieben kann das Dessert noch vor dem Servieren im Kühlschrank kalt gestellt werden.
