Zeepkist is essentially TrackMania, but you can't accelerate and you instead have to pick up momentum by going down hills and picking up boosts.

It's a lot more colourful than TrackMania and has roots in Soapbox Racing and lots of Netherlands-based references if you're into that, as I assume the developer of this game is Dutch.

This game is well worth picking up as it has a great online community that makes custom tracks and all play online, as well as a solid single-player campaign also.
