This is your average vampire survivor type game with a nice rat aesthetic, do some runs and enjoy your character wiping out everything on the screen effortlessly after putting some point in the talent tree . Yes, it is a very easy game but that is not a bad thing in this case so relax and let your brain enjoy some big damage and nice color effect. rats go BOOM.

Risk of Rain 2 is the best Rogue lite of its kind, take a concept that works well in 2d and adapt it into a 3d game is not a easy task and yet ROR2 shines in its false simplicity and brings a new dimension to his 2d predecessor. The game to this date with all dlc brings a lot of content without being difficult to approach, if you like shooter in cooperation ( or alone ) with a layer of rogue lite and magnified by a timer system then this game is for you.

I'd like to recommend this game but at the time of writing this review there are way too many roadblocks for the game to be enjoyable, the difficulty is inherent to a roguelike and getting punished is part of it and I accept it but I've never played a game where you're already dead before even starting the fight. And to be clear, in a deck-building game, I accept to have situations where you get atomized, but these situations should be very rare and to this day, despite the updates, they are still far too common. I will continue to follow this game and I will wait for the updates that will make this game more enjoyable for me and change my review
