You start off very light, you feel different sensations, this is like developing a muscle. You must also rest between attempts, don't force yourself longer than you want to or you could harm your ability. Perfect balance of rest and attempts. Do not give into frustrations or doubts Jedi

Practice mindfulness first, I learned that from DBT skills for PTSD in 2012. Feel every sensation, your feet on the ground, the space between your toes, every muscle tension you feel, pressure of your weight on object. Just be in the moment and feel it.

Next is feel the sensations upon attempts, your energy, but also physical things.

This is my first video as I felt enough movement. Been doing it for at least an hour today.

I am keeping a notebook of my studies, attempts, sensations during attempts and methods. I am somewhere between 3 hours and 15 consecutive hours of between 50-100 attempts now. Here is what I find.

This I found long ago. Touch your face with your finger, get into the mind set where you can hover your finger above your face and feel its quantum trace. It will tingle, feel good. Don't worry about what your mind thinks. Telekinesis can happen the way you want, find your method.

The tingles you feel is the atoms between of the quantum entanglement and your EMF force from the brain CNS and Chakra endocrine points conducting between it. Your aura, your energy field, your EMF waves of your brain. You must make yourself aware to the lightest touch of atoms.

So this quantum touch of your face, the tingles, must be applied to the object. Put the feeling of those tingles on the object. Touch the object, focus on that single point, you should eventually feel wobbles after 50-100 attempts.

Understand that yes, object can wobble from my pulse, slight movements of body, complimentary muscle spasms, the balance of a tube on my hand. I am very new to this, I getting stronger on quantum level, its like a muscle. I will move it more next time.

Sensations in order I experienced over attempts, confirmed by previous and later research

-Tingles

-Limb awareness of energy visualization flowing through limbs from chakra endocrine points(exercising the feeling creating, going left arm/right arm)

-Swelling of the hands, very thick, dense firm

-Hand feels like a creaky floor, like the sensation you want to crack your knuckles

-Seeing a spark or sparks around object

-Seeing foggy energy between me and object

-Objects go visually invisible like in a blur to the mind under intense visual focus, like blending into what it sits on (not while its in my hand though, only floor or bed)

-Feeling slight movement/weight change of the object, near atomic level, it wobbles without you seeing it at first. You just feel it.

For this attempt everything I saw or felt before making this video and during in order.

-Seeing little piece of weed in there inexplicably jump, seeing the cigar butt roll when flat upon the inside

-Feeling the object slightly roll with each finger twist just before it actually rolled

-Without touching it, I feel slight wobbles on the direction of my push where I placed the most recent point of quantum entanglement from finger touch. Which is what I strictly focus on that spot for the object.

-I felt muscle twitches in my left inner arm bicep and same spot on the right as it moved


Follow the excercises how I started. I had to research, try each aspect in the mind to get the feeling then bring it all together. If you do not believe it will move, it will not move, that is your EMF.

Never tell yourself its impossible because "I ate or I didn't eat", no excuses. I can now do it while playing music, where I told myself I couldn't before, it is harder to focus and feel it though.

I could do this when I didn't eat, but then I ate but couldn't do it, because I told myself its because I ate. But this was not true. You can still do it, I can, its just harder to focus. EMF energy in the body and how food fuels what processes of the organs it passes through. So my EMF is going into organs. Theory/Hypothesis.

Feel it moving very slightly over the atoms of your hand. When you can do that, focus on your EMF, visualizing the quantum entanglement of atoms. You touch and there is an attachment through the atoms of the air. Move the atoms.

I did it all day today and got a headache when I woke up. I only sleep for 2-4 hours now since the one day of sleep disturbances, 10 second hyper ventilating bursts the way I breathed in my haunting video.

Its hard for me to record with a tripod because I have to be make sure I am infront of the camera which the posture makes it un-comfortable. At 1:05 here I was looking through the camera, especially when you see my frustrated movements where I was focusing on the movement and it wasn't moving.

I can do it focusing on it through the camera while making sure, its harder but I need increased range. EMF force on the atoms or something, I got a headache so I can;t think. If oxygen molecules is made of atoms, then what is wind?



I expect you to take 20 days - 10 years. My situation is different, as everyone else. PTSD, bullying, having negative energy put in me by robberies, fights and stuff. I am now less angry and channel the energy of the universe.

If my EMF is from the universe which gave me life, then people do immoral things to others or me that makes me mad. The universe is then also mad, angry.

God's first though is not forgiveness if somebody assaults a child, blowtorches a cow alive or skins a dog as I have watched and seen in China. It is wrath, punishment, breaking of the soul to shape it, then forgiveness. Everyone is energy, must be balance without negative dominating

What causes a kid to tell another to "off himself" or other horrible things? Its demons looking to feed on the victim using the bully. Quantum beings feeding on EMF.
