Hi John, Todd here. Sorry for the long delay. We are sad to announce that as of January Todd's World Toaster Emporium will be closing. We have been purchased by Tom's Toaster Unlimited Superstore, whiich was previously Mark & Kim T.O.A.S.T. (Territory Of America's Superior Technology). Your package was lost in the mix of all this but I did find it yesterday. Since the warranty expired I had to check the records to confirm you purchased the extended warranty. To complete the full refund (purchase and extended warranty) I need 3 copies of the original reciept and a photo ID.

Hey John it's Todd again. I finally recieved the toaster but I noticed a white sticky substance on it. Also it seems you glued arms and there is a mickey mouse sticker on the top of it. I'm sending it back to you, there is no way I can refund this. Thanks.
