Extremely unfriendly towards new players. You either bring along 7 other friends to play this game with or you don't play this game at all. Literally, nobody is going to accept a new player into raids unless you have friends.

Extremely unfriendly towards end game players as well. Stuck with a character you don't like playing anymore as your main character? Too bad, spend 3000€ or spend several months to a year switching to another character. Wanna try a new class? Never going to perform anywhere close to your main class, feeling like you are playing a crippled class.

Every day content is terrible and the developers clearly don't play their own game.
