I've played every game made by Supergiant and every single one is a masterpiece. I never played a roguelike game I really enjoyed until I played Hades. Dying now is *part* of the game, not something that you will repeat. Fantastic gameplay, amazing soundtrack (as always), and great independent developer who showed love and heart to the game from the start. Best early access experience I had, and just beat the game one more time now that it got shadow dropped out of early access.
