While the idea behind this could be interesting this feels very... hollow.

The level design is very weird in how it uses the world transfer and the way that the other dimension gets previewed is badly telegraphed as one needs to understand that it shows the differences instead of just how it will look in total.

The wallrunning is jank beyond belief. Not only can you barely jump onto the wall half the time the insane speed makes it weird to react to and sometimes you also get sucked back onto the wall to walk backwards and die.

Climbing feels really pointless with how slow it is compared to wallrunning.

The voice recordings you can find may be interesting if one cares about the story but the fact that you cannot even skip them and are stuck in an animation for sometimes a minute or longer is insane.

Enemies just don't feel well done as one can pretty much ignore them for the most part but will sometimes get killed without really knowing why because its super awkward to keep the turrets in view while also looking for a path.

Theres also a bunch of collision issues that allow players to just jump on window ledges, stand on cars barely above the killfloor and jank their way across in the final fight.

If all of this gets resolved this would probably be an alright experience but as it stands its just not.

Blue Fish Yokohama is a very charming little puzzle game. It introduces its features early enought to know what to expect in the levels and doesnt introduce something overly complicated that has to be left out later on to not make levels too complicated.

The visuals in the game give it a certain charm and make it feel pretty welcoming in some way.

The music is something most people probably wouldnt expect but it fits really well in the context of the game with one song being very quiet but that is not big enough of an issue to distract from the rest of the game.

Additionally the price is definitely acceptable for a 50level puzzle game that depending on how good you are at this will take you a few hours.

Overall this is a game I would recommend and if you´re on the edge theres always a demo to try out first
