But not all is lost! I've recently been playing a game called Red Orchestra 2: Heros of Stalingrad. It is similar in many ways to WW1: Source. I would recomend you look at it!

Oh, hi! Sorry I didn't respond to your chat message, I wasn't at my computer when you sent it.

Anyway, I've been having trouble with my computer. I just reinstalled Windows meaning all my mods have been lost. Sorry, but I think I've played enough WW1: Source for a while.

As for your querey about people playing WW1: Source, I've been lucky to find one person playing on a server. I honestly think WW1: Source is a lost cause.

I have read about numerous problems in the development of V2; the biggest one being a "coup" in the development team. I guess one of the devs got pissed about something and went rogue. He had some vital files for V2 and took them with him. So with one less dev and a lot of lost progress, it will be a long time before there is an update, if there is one at all. I wouldn't be supprised if the remaining devs abandoned the project a while ago.

Yes i do own WW1 Source and I play it when there is a good amount of people on it. :)
