A fun, if a bit shallow colony sim a-la-Rimworld. It's definitely fun once you get the hang of it

This game is the best aspects of CRPGs mixed with the best aspects of ARPGs

This game adds a great deal of depth to the original, which makes it a bit more difficult to get into but increases the moment-to-moment feeling of engagement and makes the game a lot more exciting and fun (and difficult) than the first game

The campaign is legendary, the PVE is extremely challenging but fun, the visuals are great, and the writing is top tier. The game also runs perfectly well on Steam Deck if you set the graphic settings to "LOW"

The only negative things I have to say about the game is that it has ridiculous load times and requires Epic Online Services

Overall a great experience, would recommend to anyone

It's fun and addicting in the way Terraria is, but a lot more straight-forward in a way that I don't feel I need to pull open a wiki page to figure out how to do everything.

The art style is cute, but the game is too dark in the beginning before you figure out how to make a lantern.

A tower defense game that is a bit different in the way it works. Has a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but once it clicks it's a LOT of fun.

A very solid metroidvania with that dark souls - esque block/roll/attack combat that seems to be all the rage these days. A little on the difficult end of the spectrum (or I just suck) but has interesting mechanics and being on the shorter side doesn't overstay its welcome

This game is technically *fine.* It runs, the art style is great and it looks like it should be a good game. I'm pretty sure I picked it up for $3 on Humble Bundle or something.

This game is not really worth $3. The menu has no text so it's confusing since a new player won't know which icon is which. I clicked what I thought would start a new game and instead was brought to a lore diary. I checked out the options and reversed the camera controls since it seemed like they were set to inverted mouse look by default. Well, turns out I inverted them because the icons for "normal mouse controls" look like they would be the icons for inverted mouse controls.

The game itself is okay. There is absolutely no depth to the combat, so it's more of a chore than most ARPG games. The platforming is serviceable, but the incredibly high sensitivity (which you cannot turn down) is a bit annoying when you are just walking around. The voice acting is really bad, and the story is ... well it's there I guess. It's also only 5 levels, so it's short. Like 2.5 hours short.

It's not a bad game. It's just not worth playing if you have other, more well-put together games to play that are actually fun.

A great puzzle game mashed-up with a choice-driven visual novel. If you like either puzzles or visual novels, you will definitely love this game.

A fun little game definitely worth my $5!

I've been a huge fan of the developer for years now, and when he announced this game I could hardly wait to see what it was like! The gameplay loop is challenging yet rewarding to the point that it makes you feel good when you chain together some moves and attacks that clear the board, the music is soothing, catchy and reminiscent of FTL, and the art is really cute.

The game presents you with an option of three abilities after each level, but there aren't so many that you won't have a chance to try them all even throughout a single run of the game. At the end of each turn, you take 1 damage, but you gain health back with each enemy you destroy, which creates a great balance between hurrying to clear the board and being patient enough to lay traps for your enemies, but the playing fields are all so different that you may not have any opportunity to do so depending on what the map looks like.

Unfortunately, the game is rather short and has very little variety. I think there's really a lot of potential here for more abilities, enemies and environmental hazards, but as the game is I would still highly recommend it (especially for $5)!
