If you mean empty in terms of good content, it's been like that way ever since people like Geneosis stopped making new maps.

I've upgraded my tiny "Hold gate" map into a nice big tutorial. It's not as polished as my Logic Gate one, but that's a bit hard with the added complexity of the circuits.
