Many people are complaining about the game running like crap... I don't seem to have that problem i got a constant 60fps with the occasional drop to 30
If you have friends you can have some nice teamwork strategies
If you don't have friends you can play alone or search for randoms...
it usually takes me about 3 minutes to find a game, it takes another 3 for the game to start so everyone can synch up and get ready. (solo version)
A solo team game takes between 1 - 35 minutes depending on how well you do.

If you get frustrated easily and have no sense of tactics you might wanna play something else. If you like challenging games with a lot of potential for getting better and developing your own tactics try this one.

If you are thinking about getting ark survival evolved, try this the main game is pretty much the same without the battle royal and more whiny little kids.

an awesome hack and slay game with a good story to round things up? Hell yeah!

This game has a good look, nice mechanics and one of the best storylines for a hack and slay game i have encountered so far.

The story is set in middle earth without trampling all over the lord of the rings. The voice actors and soundtrack are very well done and as the player you can feel your power growing over the game progressing.

the combat is easy but the gory executions make up for it.

the three stages of smite... the game is great! the voice actors are the best of any MOBA i have ever witnessed with lots of different voice packe per god.
the 3rd person view makes for a realy nice change. however people usualy dont know how to play the game.... i have played this game since the early beta and changed to the steam version after it was released.

the mastery of gods is a good feature since it will help you judging your enemies skill level in with a certain god.

furthermore the game is f2p... so test it out and if you realy like it the champion bundle with every champion ever to be released is a real bargain!

update: They have now released all 4 factions and the game is better than ever. Orks seem to be unbalanced at the moment but that was expected considering the different weapons and classes they have inplemented all at once.
Elder are especially fun to play, with their mobility and cool weapons they mix up the fight quite a bit. The orks are fun to play but their meele is far to powerful and some weapons are also to heavy hitting.
overall the development has done a large leap, if they progress like this for another few months the game will be one of the best i have played in a long time.

old:Ever wanted warhammer40k: space marine in an mmo setting? This should be the next best thing.
currently in alpha and mainly testing gameplay and fighting mechanics this game has become realy enjoyable to play!!! while a lot of stuff is still missing the core components are there to make not only a great but an amazing game! meele combat is a strong focuse and the latest changes have made it pretty darn fun to use. classes could be a bit more specific but the overall game and especialy the progression on it is heartwarming to see in a world where ea and co. throw out stuff with less content than this.

edit: Eldar are in full development and seemd to be really interesting to play. The new really big maps add a lot to the fun and combat has been patched a lot. Even though I'm playing from europe i can now say that the game is okay to play (ping is still an issue but bareable). The tanks might need an update but i would rather have the spacewolfs and Eldar in.

edit2: after a long long wait ( about a year now) I have to fully say NO to this game... there has been borderline no progression, balancing worked nicely the last time i played but things were still the same. Nothing new and with 400€ worth of ingame money I got nothing to buy... i mean seriously?
I bought a special pack for this and have nothing to show for it... 300€ and absolutely nothing for it...

how clicking two buttons can be so darn rewarding i dont know... but it's a nice game and pretty damn cheap

nice game with good teamwork/gunplay/movement. What stands out is the mapdesign which is amazing with lots of different strategies for each map. The classes are well balanced and the characters are diverse. different runspeed, health, abilities and arsenal of guns make for varying playstyles to battle and use.
there is still room for improvement however. balancing of the explosives should be first prority and the removal of the suicide bombs... seriously why ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suicide bombs??
if they add more maps the game would be even greater but my guess is they are working on it. the grind is somwhat existent but with missions and daily wins you can unlock pretty much anything in a decent amount of time.
I will update this review once we get a team together and start playing competitive missions!
So far however the game is very good and for free... so try it out its not like it'll bite your head off -,-

edit: Okay played a bit of competetive and have to admit that i am disappointed. The servers are laggy as fudge and more than once i got killed through solid obstacles.
Don't get me wrong the game is free and fun for quite a while but not the best thing out there.

A better rome 2 with good tactics and fun elements like migration. The AI is decently good and the politic system makes it fun to expand. Overal i would suggest to get the Game at a discount. It is a very good game but in m opinion shogun 2 is superior in the battle mechanics, yet this one is much better in politics and unit diversity!
naval battles are nice and the units make sense now. Javelin units are better and Cavalerie has more use and diversity. Protecting settlements is very well done and sieges are fun to do. Some settlements however are barely defendable and should perhaps be changed a bit. nearly every faction has own settlements and defend structures making different strategies for besieging different factions a valid option and are fun to try out.
the coop is especialy entertaining if you choose to be two migrating factions! the versus however is not as well done as in shogun 2...

The dlcs are a joke but the vanila game is worth the money!

with a good atmosphere nice gameplay and interesting story this is one of the better warhammer 40k games i have played. the Multiplayer is not very good but i have seen worse in my time of gaming. overal i would suggest getting this game in a sale or humblebundle for a cheap price.
Sadly there wont be any follow up games... i would have loved to know what happens to Titus and the ultramarines.

since this is early access i will ignore most of the bugs and the problems of the sort the game is so far as i can tell nicely done and has lots of potential! i will definetly look into it every once in a while to see how it is going. So far the only issue i had was that people wouldnt settle in my City even though i had lots of food jobs and good places (access to religion a market, water, schooling and so on kinda frustrating if you then see lots of migrants just walking past the city :( but maybe i missed some mechanic.

Overall the game is playable as it is but not very pretty (lots of textures and messages missing and some of the mechanics could be better explained
