"Look at my hours. How many of them do you think I was actually happy while playing? I will never get that time back."

"Gaijin entertainment has zero regard for its playerbase. They specifically make the game more infuriating, both economically and gameplay-wise to lean players into buying their overpriced premium vehicles."

"I didn't want to leave a negative review, but Gaijin's blatant contempt for their own players has forced my hand."

The performance of Gaijin has exponentially worsened in the past few years. The animosity displayed by them is overwhelming and has created a hostile environment which I simply could not recommend to any newcomers to the game.

Amazing, in depth game with high customization and great potential. If multiplayer is added this will become significantly better. There are a number of small bugs, and it takes a hot minute to get a handle of what you're doing, but that is to be expected of a new game. Keep up the good word dev!

Here's what I got from my experience playing

Pros:
- Interesting new takes on certain SCP's
- Guns
- Nice bits of story, more specific elements that don't appear in other SCP games
- Different zone & room layout compared to original CB & Secret Lab
- Weapon management and usage feels very smooth and refined compared to a lot of other similar games

Cons:
- Scare sound plays even if you don't actually physically see the SCP, it seems like a sight and proximity thing?
- Blue filter can be odd and sometimes a bit disorienting
- Lockers seem useless, difficult to actually open and there's never anything inside
- Sometimes cards just dont spawn and you can't play the game
- Very straightforward after light containment: Just get an 05 and walking through the next 2 zones is far quicker and easier than exploring light
- I looked directly at 096's face without consequence twice
- Radios are very loud, originally thought it was intercoms before noticing the radios on the ground at each location
- Helicopter in entrance zone that did nothing, was expecting something or another to come out or anything to happen but seems to just be for show
- SCP 173 seems to stop moving when looking in their direction, even if walls, props, doors, etc. block it. Also ignores any props or doors when moving
- Doors are very loud, not sure if its optimal to have every door use an alarming bleep noise when you open/close them
- When 173 moves through doors, it does not actually open, he just teleports through and the door appears open without making sound, making him difficult to detect and the door-closing tactic useless
- The character feels a bit awkward, maybe reduce the bobbing around when moving
- Walking speed feels a bit too slow, increasing it by a hair would make it more natural
- Doors feel short in height compared to the character, as well as certain room ceilings
- Certain objects feel too large, like security cameras or benches

Overall a not-half-bad game that clearly the developers have put time into, though its early access shows quite a bit as well. Interesting for a few runs, it'd be worth to try it since its free or even follow it to see more interesting developments that may come along.

It's free. It's fun. It's SCP.
What more could you ask for?

Easily the best VR game I've ever played. The realism and immersion are crazy, moments like when the combine tell you to put your hands up or at the beginning when the construction strider nearly steps on you, or even just seeing the absolute massive size of the striders makes it just that much better. The atmosphere is just beautiful, this is easily a 10/10 VR game.

Love this game. Great graphics and combat mechanics. Only a few problems that I see:
- The progression system gets really, really slow.
- There should be a custom game/private match where you can invite friends and play with bots instead of having to wait 5 minutes to get into a match that is just autofilled with bots.
- The game is about giant space ships fighting each other. The thing is, it's almost always near the ground. Make a few maps in space please? I know there's already about 1 or 2 space maps but like 4 or 5 land maps.
Those are the main things I spotted. I would go ahead and pick this game up if I were you. I mean, it's free, why not give it a shot?

Absolutely love this deceptive game.
10/10 would be completely horrified and emotionally scarred again.
