I want to like this game so bad, it has A LOT going for it, we even get more character customization than JUST ponchos, the combats fun and difficult, but DANK FARRIK the performance issues kill it for me, i can't even get through a cutscene without crashing, and i have no clue how long these performance issues will last

If you're on the fence about buying this game in anyway, just buy it, it's worth it, if you do end up falling for this game it's replay-ability will bring you back again and again. This game is fun and engaging and has a deep lore to it. I will never stop recommending or replaying this game

This game is greatly refreshing, if you like Binding of Isaac and the insane powerups you can stack up you'll love Risk of Rain 2, each character feels very different playwise and every run is different than the last, so far my only complaint is on quick play you're basically always finding people who want to horde powerups and do their own thing, which is more of a critique on the people i've played with. All in all this game is worth way more that 20$ and i'm sure i'll find myself up to 1000hrs in no time, heavily recommend picking it up as soon as possible and getting lost in the loop
