In light of the reversal of the heavily mismanaged implementation of the PSN account requirement, I feel now is a good time to add my positive review. (Take this as a chance to remember how much power the people have, and not just in gaming; in every facet of life. You can change outcomes.)

A fun game, though replay-ability may not be as high for players that require something with more substance (if you're looking for story, "end game" progression, pvp etc you won't find much here). This is very much a "what you see is what you get sort of game."
Fight bugs, or angry terminator bots. Accidentally kill your teammates with aerial carpet bombs. Enjoy the satirical backdrop of the military industrial complex, but in space. Contribute to the collaborative goal of claiming territory on various planets and spread 'Democracy'.
If that sounds like a fun multiplayer experience for you, go for it.

Cons:
-Some game bugs (and I don't mean terminids) do happen. The majority aren't game breaking, just annoying.
I think the most impactful I've encountered so far in terms of gameplay has been an error that kept me and my friend from marking a weekly mission as complete, despite having met all of the requirements and our other two group members having gotten it marked off. That screwed us out of weekly reward, which was a let down.
- A number of the maps appear very similar in look, which can get a bit boring.
To offset this, though, there are various weather conditions and environmental hazards (spore mushroom that enshrouds the map in a thick fog) that add some feeling of novelty and help shake things up a little bit.
