Early Access Review
TL;DR: My favorite card game on Steam

Re-wrote my review since the original was a total mess:
I don't play a lot of digital card games, but this is the best one I've played, yet. Most worthwhile one for sure. Sometimes brutally difficult, most times very satisfying, at all times with top-tier aesthetics in visuals and sound. Once the game really clicks and you learn to survive, it's fiendishly addicting thanks to tight design and positive feedback from your attacks (hearing Silverstein firing and reloading, or Miss Chain's chainsaw revs just never gets old.)

Be aware that this is a card game that demands full attention to detail. A few characters are currently very powerful and can almost carry the team sometimes through normal battles, but there are little things to keep track of like necklace charges that will kill your run if you're not attentive. This can be infuriating in the beginning, but if you play the game methodically and correctly, it pays off in fun. Wording can be a little vague, sometimes, and as far as i can tell you only get one crack at the tutorial, so be sure to go over a Steam guide for basics, otherwise you might be left dying a lot more than you should, and wondering why.
