Currently seems to be issues with high-end specs so just be careful for now. Unfortunately cannot recommend due to number of crashes but hopefully this will be fixed and then I may amend.

So I can play the game for a longer period of time before crashing after the numerous fixes they have attempted however the crashes will still happen and then I need to verify my game files and launch again or it will always crash on launch. 2-3 hours playtime before it crashes each time roughly. Going in the right direction but still not good enough.

Regular crashes still occurring at random intervals it seems, devs are dropping updates almost daily with claims that they have mitigated crashes on each update however it seems to have had no affect for myself. Not sure if these issues are Nvidia specific but for those looking to purchase just take note of your specs before looking into it. My specs are more than suitable for the game (RTX 4090, I9-13900KF, 32GB 5600MHZ RAM) but still consistent crashes.

Working with some of the team to provide logs (contacted via Discord) and they are extremely responsive, they are aware of the issues with certain hardware and are working to fix, they have a lot of reports to work through but all sounds positive in terms of going in the right direction!

Based on the experience I have had throughout the many hours of playtime overall (with the exception of crashes) I have enjoyed the game and will continue to do so. Based on this I am going to change my review to positive :)

Yet another title releasing into EA that they charge you for but cannot even login (despite the fact that they delayed the EA release to "polish" & fix issues really looks like it did the trick....not"

Why do this when you can fling a gnome off a windmill on Baldur's Gate 3

I completely understand that the game is in early access currently so this is why I am saying that you should wait to purchase this game because it is currently unplayable. The game-play itself is quite enjoyable (when you can actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ join the game) but as it stands the game cannot currently hold its player-base at all and it looks like the developer hasn't actually considered this when it came to the creation of the game because its astounding the amount of connectivity issues that I have seen on this game.
