This is going to be a long review so please if your interested read the entire thing.

On the whole this game is amazing. Yes it has its issues so let's go into those issues here but also go into why this game is so good

As many other reviews have stated the game can be quite buggy at times. These do generally get addressed (all be it fairly slowly) but at least its not as buggy as the game ARK: survival evolved.
There is an issue with toxic players in the game along with players who always think that either survivors or killers are to powerful.

Killers and Survivors:
It has a wide range of killers with unique abilities so there is something for everyone. Whether you want to play a basic attack killer like the Trapper or Clown or you want to play something a little more advanced like the Blight or Nurse you will always find a killer you enjoy.
Along side this there is a range of licensed killers so you can play as your favourite horror characters.
For survivors there are both licensed and original survivors so again there is something for everyone there

The Perks:
With 101 perks for Survivor and 90 perks for killer (all unlocked if you own those characters) there is always be a build that you can enjoy playing. You can play to win with some of the more overpowered perks or play for fun with the more Meme perks, whichever you chose there is something for everyone

Some ongoing complaints from the community:
Survivor mains have always and will always complain about Camping and Tunnelling. As a killer main I can understand why in certain circumstances this method of playing is beneficial however I can also see why it sucks the fun out of some games. Good killers who strategically camp or tunnel to gain the advantage are fine to go against however some killers (especially at lower MMR/Rank) will just pick someone and get them out of the game as quick as they can by over camping or over tunnelling. As bad as this is for survivors it is not every game that this happens. After doing an experiment over 10 games as survivor I came across 1 killer who was hardcore tunnelling and camping, 1 killer who tunnelled me but was losing generators fast so it was understandable and 8 killers who didn't camp or tunnel.
Overall the Camping and Tunnelling issue isn't as bad as some seem to think as based on my last 10 games it was only 1 game that was kinda ruined because of it.
One other big complaint is about the perk NOED but this isn't really a founded complaint as the perk can be completely disabled within the game if the survivors hunt the hex totem so personally i see no issue with the perk being used however I do agree that it needs a slight nerf (maybe have a cool down between exposed hits)

Killer mains also have their share of complaints.
From Toxic survivors, Disconnections and 4 man sweat teams its not always fun to play as killer. However saying this as a killer main the amount of games that are ruined by the above issues isn't that big.
I'm sure there are other complaints killer mains are constantly complaining about but as a killer main myself the only other complaint i would have is how powerful some of the perks are such as Dead Hard or the combination of Decisive strike and Unbreakable can be.(Both of these basically allow you to say "i'm immortal for a while unluckly)

Overall score:

Overall I would give this game a 8/10. It is a very fun game to play, especially with friends both as a 4 man team or a kill your friends group (5 friends one as killer). There are several issues that the developers need to address which I have faith that they will eventually address however what we all have to understand is that although they do need to address issues in the game they also need to be making money and without new content being pushed out they will not be making money.
