One of the most fulfilling plays I've had in my life.

Don't get me wrong. I love this game a lot. But the truth is, I don't want any more dinos. I don't want more game mechanics. I don't want more Tek tier crafting. I just want to be able to play the game solo without having to run two computers to do it.

Yeah. The game is just so poorly optimized that I have to run a private server on my old PC while I play on the second one just to have an enjoyable experience. The graphics are amazing, and I want to be able to experience them at a decent level, but if I ever travel more than 30 feet into the next "chuck", I'm forced to wait through a 20-second lag spike while it loads. I have a pretty powerful rig, but even it can't handle it all at once. The devs just keep adding more sh*t for the game to process without fixing the numerous bugs and poor optimization. I'd gladly change my rating if they began to do this, but it's still an issue for me at least.

I tend to dislike games with pixelated graphics, but this game is just so beautiful, and there were so many moments when the game gives you a fantastic view, paired with a swell in the music, which for me almost moved me to tears.
