I am an old school gamer. Started with board games and miniatures, chess and checkers and cards. Every physical game I could learn. Then Pong, Atari, Nintendo, Commodore 64 Gold Box games, Intellivision, Sega. Then standard PC Gaming came along. I was a 4 sport Collegiate athlete but due to medical injuries I had to leave athletics.

I am 55 so I was born in 1964. That makes me the last of the Baby Boomers, but in reality we were are own generation. The baby boomers were teens and 20 somethings during the 60's and early 70's. I was a baby or a child for most of that.

I am a bookworm. I read 5-7 books a week. Bless you kindle for making it affordable.

I love strategy, tactics, rpg's, survival, trading games, city building games, transport games, some card games, space games, sim games. I have a special place in my heart for World War 2. Hence the wwii in my name.

My nickname is Ogre, the wwii came from when I did freelance work for Battlefront on the Flames of War games during the proofreading and editing of the Second edition rulebook and scenario books. They listed the owner as the editor, so what can you say.

I still play tabletop roleplaying games. I still when I can play tabletop miniatures. Both Battletech and Flames of War. But I also love WH40K.
