This man is one big scammer, DO NOT TRUST HIM. He will try to steal all your accounts. Some of the ways that he has harmed others are giving a random link to click on with fake staem website asking for your account information or asking for your email to send you an fake email from steam. He is believed to be employed by Kim Jon Un as one of North Korea's plans to control the internet, they obviously have decided to start with steam and maintain a large amount of accounts.
