First of all its hard to call The Plan a game. Its more like a playble art. U playing as a fly and your task is reach the top of map. On the way u must fight with another obstacles (like spider web and stong wind). So thats it for a short 5-10 minutes game :). Good visuals and touching music. Just find 10 minutes of your time and play it. Think about it. Its just great metaphor of life cycle.
