Sick combo sharing system and really great tutorials. DLC is kinda pricey but its very high quality. If you like fighting games but suck as much as I do you can still have fun.

Not for everyone but I do like jumping around on Torrent and hunting birds with my crossbow. Easiest of the Souls games to get all acheivments in.

Edit: They fixed this but there are still way too many microtransactions.

FULL OF MICROTRANSACTION DARK PATTERNS - GUILTY OF ONE EGREGIOUS ERROR THAT MAKES ME REALLY REALLY REALLY MAD:

When there is something new to see in the menus the game lets you know by displaying a red badge in the corner of the menu entry. Cool. This badge, however, is now PERSISTENT on the STORE menu icon and nothing else. No matter how many times you browse the store you CANNOT get this ♥♥♥♥ to go away.

really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ upsetting
really drives me crazy every time I open the menu and makes me want to self-immolate at capcom HQ.

edit 7: played all night literally like 8 hours straight and did not get one win because the game INSISTED on queueing me into players I had already blocked who were not even on PC and consistently scored 0 elims. Insane ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rage inducing nightmare retarded ♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
edit 6: matchmaking is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with over 60hrs in game I'm still only paired with people who leave, rage, grief, can't connect, or are brand new to the game with zero chance in competitive modes.

great f2p model and innovative combat. New tech proof of concept that deserves some attention. Lots of ARG goodies

Edit: No longer gonna keep glazing this mess. Tired of doing unpaid software testing for projects that clearly can afford more testing staff but choose not to. Damn shame cause the gameplay is fun. Wrote my original review after six months of troubleshooting this game and under 6 hours of playing since it came out. Tested on two PCs, as well as in Windows and Linux environments to the best of my abilities.

The game simply hasn't worked for longer than 50 minutes at a time before accusing me of having i on any of my computers since the first public beta for me ESPECIALLY if you are not on current gen computer hardware. The closest I've been to having a stable installation is right now, on Linux Mint (but users report this issues on many windows machines still too). The TFAV0012/1011 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ comes out of nowhere with no warning and ruins my match as well as ruined my night this time. Devs have been aware that its a bug for months and they have nothing to offer in terms of solutions besides "TrY tUrNiNg sEcUrE bOoT oN".....

This game, despite how good it is, deserves to fail so publishers maybe reconsider having end users do all their beta testing. You ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are welcome for all the crash reports I submitted. Maybe valve can fix it.

Edit 2: My teammates are always horrible my opponents are always highly skilled, I'm just not having any fun.
