Palworld is what people wished Pokemon to be. A journey of your own. You can play it however you want. Want to be a breeder? Set up bases for that. Want to go exploring? You take your time to enjoy finding hidden npcs, dungeons, chests, other items, illegal pal camps, and bosses.
A lot of people I’ve noticed don’t take care of their pals(you can also catch humans). Basically if left ignored or over worked they can develop eating disorders, depression, have unique personality traits which makes it idk to me more invested in your pals. I got like some hot springs in each of my bases so my lil big homies can chill.

When it comes to creativity in terms of how you want to play with the content. I have a friend to RPs as a butcher/pal trader. He breeds pals butchers them and sells the meat. In another base he has set cages with pals and does auctions.

I see this game as an opportunity to have your own journey. In a vast world filled with different terrain to explore. You will have a fun time, alone or with friends. I’ve had 50 hours in the game, currently lvl 34(on my own saved game.) I primarily just explore. The map is enormous with different biome from deserts, rain forests, to a massive volcano(Idk how many times I've died there trying to collect a Huge Scorching Egg).

Remember the game is still in Alpha, plenty of content to come in the future. So far, I feel like ive already made my moneys worth from the content I’ve done so far. There are bugs when it comes to breeding and building but again, its in Alpha.

I hope you find this useful. If you are teetering on that line of purchasing it since it is 30 bucks(a lot to many).
