I strict curled about 40kg perfect form….maybe more…don’t quote me, it was atleast 40kg authentic thick long barbell……..I did it with ease…..but my biceps were sore as hell the next day and LOCKED my arm would not fully extend it was stuck in flexion…..I have a feeling I ate some bad post workout food which did not aide in the recovery of my muscle……….but yes it is possible for someone with raw power to do so
