the thing is we're using the Unreal Development Kit and not BF.
also please remember that each race/chapter/Legion have thier own vehicles weapons .... , tha last time i played BF you had a chioce of 2 teams not the 6+ that we need. in the end you still need some one to program it all together which isn't easy and i'm doing my best

BTw. wouldnt it be a bit better to just take, say, BF2142 and just make skins for it and some small changes then making a whole mod yourself? Personally I`d be just as happy to have that. Mech as a warhound, tank as a leman russ, flyer as a stormraven, etc. It looks like you have all the models already ready to go.

if you goto our moddb page you can download the current UDK build of UT40k, this is a stand alone game which doesn't need any other game installed, just download and install and have a bit of fun, atm there are no missions just a few maps to test things on

I cant wait till ut40k is completely finished. Its what I and many others have been waiting for. Great work to you and anyone else that is making it. I wish I had a talent to help out but I don`t. I feel Space Marine is limited as a game (you can only hack and slash so much). I was actually did a write up I was sending to THQ for perhaps a broader game of Space Marine. Something more along the lines of Battlefield 2142 (I feel this is the best style of FPS I`ve ever come across). A game with missions, extras (bots), vehicles and players. Anyway. gd luck with it.

Also, I saw that it is posted you dont need Unreal to play it. Is it better to have it to play it? And if so, which Unreal; tournament, 3, etc? Thx
