This game is so good bro wtfffff

I have no idea where these claims of the DLC being insanely difficult are coming from, but the only truly difficult fight is the final boss, and that's really only because it does a ton of damage per hit - the move-set is super manageable.

Is the DLC hard? Yes but it should be as post-game content. Is it impossible/ridiculously hard? No, not really, especially with all the tools at one's disposal.

Some people are getting performance issue and while I had no issues, it is something to consider when buying. Hopefully gets addressed in the future.

In any case, this DLC is absolutely worth it and should be an instant-play for those who enjoyed the base game.

Best non-Fromsoft souls-like

It's a FromSoft game, of course it's good

The game isn't perfect (was not a fan of the first hour or so), but mixed reviews??? I don't think so - game has only gotten better the longer I've played

Edit - The last hour is also pretty terrible, but hey the rest of the play-through was pretty great

Asset flip with cheap tricks to pad out playtime (Ex. one part near the end the floor just falls out from under you for no reason, and with no indication that you shouldn't jump on it, sending you halfway back down)

I've played a bit over 2k hours for the past 7 years, and while the game isn't perfect (what game is?) I strongly believe that it is easily one of the best MMOs on the market. Whether you're looking to do large-scale or 5v5 PvP, challenging instanced PvE, map exploration, mount races, fishing, etc. Guild Wars 2 has it all!

Additionally, Anet (the Guild Wars 2 devs) have really impressed me with their communication and feedback the past year or so and assuming they keep it up I can only see the game getting better and better. Even with the game being 10 years old, I strongly believe that Guild Wars 2 has a long and bright future ahead of it, so come see what Tyria has to offer!

Aside from some frame-rate issues that pop up every now and again (a bit annoying but definitely manageable, only happens for a couple seconds occasionally when loading a new zone), the game truly feels like the culmination of FromSoft's previous titles set in an open world.
