Sony made the right choice for Liberty and Democracy!

The unending chaos that happens every mission is what I look for the most. Ammo running low, no stratagems, trying to get the squad to move instead of turning the battlefield into a tower defence game. Shooting and goring the bugs is very satisfying. 3rd person really brings a new challenge and perspective on the whole game and I really like the new enemy types we are facing. Especially the truly humongous ones which almost feel like a boss battle.

I've had some connectivity problems with the servers and hope they get fixed ASAP. Performance could be improved greatly as well.

As a returning diver from the first game I've got to ask, WHERE ARE THE ILLUMINATES? WHERE ARE THE MECHS? TANKS? APCS? I really hope they are coming at some point. I want to experience absolutely demolishing bugs with mechs minigun and cannon!!!

It is great, big, huge, all the positive words you can think of combined. Also the negative but in a good way. Don't think about it. Play it. Do it.

Hunt Showdown is a bounty hunt, with heavy PvE elements. Based somewhere in 1890s. You'll be hunting AI bosses while fighting of human players and AI grunts and small fry.

Matches consist of 12 players in 1 of 2 maps. The players need to collect clues that are scattered over the whole map. Once you collect a clue it will shrink the map to show you where 1 of 2 or only 1 AI Boss is. This does not stop you from going in to the "dark zone" and there is no passive damage for going in there. These bosses need to be killed to collect a bounty. Collecting the bounty gives you the ability to see if you have players near you but you can't use weapons or tools when using the kinda wall hack. Carrying a bounty also shows your location in the map for all the players as a lighting strike ping that refreshes every few seconds. So getting the wall hack has it's drawback.

Weapons are matching the time so don't expect any fully automatic machine guns. Headshots are always 1 tap which makes even the worst weapons have a decent chance if used right.

In the game you'll be gaining Bloodline EXP that is gained through all actions, goes from 0 to 100 and you can prestige after getting to 100 if you choose to do so. Your in game character, the hunter will also be gaining Exp from killing AI or players and what not from 0 to 50. Gaining levels gives you upgrade points that can be traded in for traits (perks). These vary from giving you the ability to walk faster and quieter through water to being able to fan your single action revolver. After reaching 10 in account lvl you will loose your hunter if you die in hunt.

Extracting from the map is done by going to 1 of 3 points. Once you get to the extraction you need to wait for a 30 second timer before getting out. You can also extract without a bounty if you want to save your hunter.

Not for everyone but if you have a friend who already knows what he's doing I cannot press enough how much I want you to try this out.

Game has had a constant stream of new content over the past year and the player base is still going pretty strong, although small. Which is a shame for such a great game. Not for everyone of course but I quite like it.

Crazy fun with friends and good community with only few salty fishes gives you good chances to have decent time even by yourself.

Re-playability is massive. Every game has it's ''Close One!'' and ''What a Play!'' I mean, where else can you drive cars into a massive ball ( or a cube) and other cars and boost your way through the skies and get praised by your teammates and be hated by your enemies.

Game has quite a few DLC's and more seem to be coming but they are not necessary in any way to enjoy the game. Game is not P2W or P2P in any way which is great and a huge bonus of course. Game is also priced reasonably and atlest I can say that I think I've had (and will) my moneys worth.

Definitely recommend the game for all ages. At least give it a shot with friends or by yourself. Steams refund system is perfect for this and you can almost say that you have nothing to loose. Just give it a go, or a shot, whatever floats your boat.
