The game overall in terms of content and enjoyability of the core features like combat resource managing/farming and building is really good.
I have not encountered any bugs yet.

The biggest downside for me are the skills and how theyre handled. You basically cannot play anything but a melee fighter because even tho there are skills they all only do one of 3 predefined things and you can only have two skills at a time, which is almost nothing. They all just work as a bonus buffer to your melee damage.

So if you want to play a mage or summoner/necromancer/caster it is technically in-game but not playable as you would think and want to. Now on top of that the game has a melee combat very similar to 'New World', which is a great combat design IMO, but Vrising Devs made the combat worse for whatever reason. They took everything from New World and then made the weapon cooldowns shared (??) so now you cannot weapon swap and do cool combos like in New World which is the whole point and fun of having a multiple weapon types combat design.

The game has everything it needs to be amazing , but its not there yet. If they allow players to sacrifice on weapons for more abilities or at the very least make the weapons abilities individual cooldowns to allow a more dynamic and agile combat, then the game would be a 10/10 in my book.
