Poorly optimized, feels like a battle pass system without really changing much. Arena is cool, story is pretty meh and the voice acting is bland. Don't write reviews usually but Dying Light USED to be my favorite game. Everything that this DLC is isn't even close to what the game used to be. Things change but the game as a whole wasn't horrible. Very different from the first but not bad. This DLC is a huge step in the wrong direction for the game, at least for me. If the next DLC is better, maybe it would be worth picking up, but as it stands, just stick to the base game. This amalgamation of story and content is nothing more than what feels like a cash grab for minimal effort outside of building a new area. It feels like they paid the map designers the $$$, while everything else was just put on overtime for the same pay.
