- Not a lot of time to actually hang out with the characters because most of your time is spent getting ingredients for potions and making them (I could just be bad at the game)

A very simple, pretty, and relaxing adventure game!

This was a fun adventure game to play through! I supported this game on Kickstarter but I bought a copy anyways because I loved the demo so much. I enjoyed the story and mix of funny/clever and serious/emotional dialog that also feel self-aware. The settings were interesting and you could always talk to most NPCs which made exploration fun. My only problem with the game was that sometimes the combat controls felt choppy or unresponsive, which isn't a big deal since the story is the main focus of the game. If you're looking for an indie adventure game I would really recommend this.

I'm a fan of rouge likes and rhythm games, and I was so excited when I first heard about this game! It has good replayability with random dungeons but the storyline and multiple characters still make it feel like you're playing towards an objective. The enemies are all interesting to fight. Having to move with the beat of the music AND fighting monsters and thinking about where you're going to step next makes it hard to play at first in my opinion, but once that learning curve is overcomed it's a blast! If you like rougelikes it's worth checking out.
