The subcontinent is a fun place to be in CK2. I've formed the empire of Rajastan in northern India / Pakistan and had an emperor become an acolyte of Kali, sacrificing both humans and elephants, all to gain enough Karma for a war of Subjugation on the misguided Buddhists of northeastern India.

Also, I'm trying to figure out how to play with Ultimogeniture, a succession type I've never tried before. It's kind of hard to shape the perfect heir when you keep having babies. I'm stuck with a rather imperfect emperor now as a result, just trying to keep the empire from falling apart.

Thirdly: check out the Way of Life expansion. It doesn't add much beyond the Focus mechanic, but that in itself is pretty fun. I've been on the Hunting focus for a while now, and I've *almost* found the White Tiger.

Tail-end of the 10th century: witness the Slavic Reformation. But that's not the end of it. I have my eye on Lithuania...

I have achieved my primary goal this time around -- I'm now the Tsar of Russia! And I've gotten to the late 10th century. That leaves me roughly 250 years to achieve the next goal: reforming the Slavic Church, not as one of those Christ-cannibal religions, but as a legitimate pagan church. Should be doable before the Mongols eat me up -- unless those pesky Orthodox priests actually succeed in converting me.
